Rachel is a highly motivated and dynamic Human Resources Director with extensive experience leading human resources strategy and operations across diverse and complex business models.

With 30 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, Rachel has built a strong track record in outsourced government services, human services, transport, construction, construction materials, infrastructure management, and hospitality.

Throughout her career, Rachel has provided strategic leadership to businesses experiencing significant growth, leading the human resources function through the winning, transitioning, and transforming of new or expanding contracts while efficiently managing daily human resources operations.

Rachel’s experience spans the full employee lifecycle across Australia and New Zealand, delivering strategic and operational human resources solutions that align with the overall business strategy.
